I purchased a product, from Robbert Johnson, for $370.00. He requested payment through ZELLE. I made the payment and then it began. He was very hard to get in touch with. Was very evasive whenever I asked any questions, and would not give me any information regarding his company.

Later that day, after he received my payment, he informed me that there were additional shipping and taxes totaling $130, and my order would not be shipped until I paid the additional charges. After numerous text messages, nothing was done. He still does not offer any resolution except me paying the additional charges.

He has not answered my latest texts.

Please give me some assistance, as I do not know where to go from here.
