This man reaches out to people on Instagram claiming he'll just drop $1,500 into your pocket on an application called "Cash app". He asks people to send money first and he makes up the denominations of what people should send him just to see how much money he can pull from someone. He teamed up with other people by acting like they had a real conversation and he claims he does this for a charity called "Angel Group Funding" and he says it ties in with the federal government. It's a total scam and it's very sketchy.
