The person said he needed to sell the puppy because of work. My husband and him decided on shipping the puppy. I wanted to go get it, but right after I paid half I get messages and emails from global carriage services that he already shipped the puppy. Then global carriage services wanted $910 for insurance and then at the next stop in Rochester Virginia I mean Rochester New York they wanted 480 for a carrier. Then it's supposed to be on its way to Hartford Connecticut and they wanted $410 for when it gets off the airplane. By then I was used all my limits on things and I told them that I could meet them at the airport with a check and then I never heard anything else. My husband kept calling the seller Alex and he stopped replying and they used multiple zelle accounts and Alex used an account for buying the dog and then they used the same as the account for fees for shipping and that's when I picked up on it.
