All you pay is shipping & handling. Nowhere did they say you started an automatic shipment every month. When I received the shipment, there were no papers inside box describing it or telling me anything about the auto ship. There was no return address either. Two weeks after, I was billed $89.95 for eye serum and $85.95 for eye cream. When I called, they said I didn't cancel and my money was non-refundable. There was no supervisor available. On a subsequent call, the call center agent did tell me that they were not the company who sells the project that they are just an order fulfillment center who handles orders and customer service for many companies. They could not tell me the number or the location of the actual company who sells the products. There is no contact information on their Web site either. I was supposed to receive an email stating my "subscription" was cancelled but I never got it and the customer service representative said they couldn't resend the email as it was automated. Complete scam.
