I selected "Loss" because he already knew my Name, Address, and Phone Number. The perpetrator did not obtain any additional data to my knowledge.
I received a call from 817-203-6892 from a man with an accent (flag#1), calling on behalf of Alderman and Associates, alleging I was being "served" and that this was their second and final attempt to do so.
When I asked why I was being served he claimed he could not tell me.
I then called him out on it by asking about the first attempt, they claimed it was in person, and read off my actual address. (Flag#2)
He then proceeded to give me a number to call (866-444-4330) and a case number (*********).
I informed him how being "served" works, that it's never over the phone, and that I would be contacting the authorities.
