Received call. Subject says he is moving to our town and needs interior of house painted first. Says he will send check for work. He did. He wanted documentation that the check was deposited. I refused that, saying I would provide him no access to my business account. Said he would have paint supplier call and also have key. This call came from Marathon, FL. When I asked questions, the caller said I would have to talk with Mr. Albert. I was being asked to pay for the paint materials before I would get the key to the house. This is all the information I could get to prevent someone from else being scammed. By the way, their check was returned today. I am forwarding copies of correspondence as backup to this claim. *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***
