Albert Heikkinen, says he immigrated to USA as an electrical engineer from Oulu, Finland and has been in Calif. and then Texas in his solar business. Says he is 61 yrs. old , and a widower. Said he was retiring this year and he has 20 million in the bank so he would like to marry again and both would be comfortable. He said he is doing his last big job on Cyprus; a shopping mall and townhouse near the Larnaca Airport. He began to have financial emergencies because his 'Citi bank account became frozen' in Texas. He needed short term loans and he would pay back these when he returned to Austin and went into the bank to unfreeze the loan. From October to July he claimed to still be in Cyprus but

his ip address showed he was transmitting out of Austin, Texas!
