First of all, I've been using Alaskalist for my ads for a few years now with no problem. Recently, I tried to post an ad about my litter of puppies. After doing the website verification for uploading a photo of the puppies with an item that they ask( metal spoon or clothes hanger). I didn't think of anything but just did a quick snap of the puppies with the item. The photo wasn't a good one since it didn't show their faces, but I didn't know that it'll be a problem. The person behind Alaskalist.com's phone number was very unprofessional. Very mean and RUDE. Instead of asking for a better photo verification. That person assumed that I thought they were [censored]ed and did not know about dogs. That person accused me that my puppies are not pure breed and they are mixed. I texted back saying that they are pure but in a parti color instead. The person behind the Alaskalist number (907-306-8148) was saying that they're giving me 1 more chance to be honest or else we're done. I am being honest to them but for whatever reason they're being very rude with their texts. They also stated that they know about DOGS. Well obviously they don't. I told them that they know about dogs so much for them to do more research on the type of breed i have just to prevent them from mistaking another person next time. They did sent me an email saying that I'm permanently banned from using their site and won't be getting my refund for the ad post payment. I really don't care about the $9.99 that I paid for my ad to be posted, it's not like I'm going to be broke for that. I'm just disappointed about the facts that whoever in charge for Alaskalist.com or who is in charge of the phone number was very unprofessional, unfriendly, and very very rude.

I thought it would be a great idea to post my puppy for rehoming on Alaskalist.con. When I stared the post application it asked for a small ad fee of 3.99 to make my post active and visible first. After I processed the payment and completed the payment. I quickly get an email stating if I don’t do what they say they’ll take my post off of their site. Then quickly after that I received a text message too. I replied back with “ok, I don’t understand” then the number I listed above (907) 306-8148 insisted on texting me back rudely. As shown in the photos I uploaded. This site is clearly not customer service friendly and is a joke. The person behind the number texting is a joke too.
