Items on website show “Flash Sale” for the items I purchased. It looked like a normal website to order so I placed the order for (2) items, a makeup vanity desk and a shoe rack organizer. After waiting about 4 weeks, I received a very small “ratchet screwdriver”. I contacted the email on the website and they are requesting ME to PAY for shipping to return it (when I paid for shipping on my original order) or that I may keep the screwdriver and they will reimburse me 40% of what I paid. After explaining that it is not my error and that I haven’t even received anything regarding my second order, they refuse to reimburse me for what I paid and said they “cannot bare the shipping cost to have the incorrect package returned”.
