I am a disabled senior and saw an add on Facebook marketplace for a motorized scooter. I purchased it, got a confirmation email and tracked the shipment daily. The package arrived on time but was not what I purchased. I tried emailing and calling the company and they don't exist. They sent a cheap plastic computer/phone charger that I never saw or wanted. The add is totally targeted to steal from old disabled people. I have all the emails on my phone but do I have any recourse against these crooks?
