ALAN PAUL AGUILERA THE SCAMMER!!!
I then call Alan the next day to demo and the remainder of 1st floor and add tile. This would include tile around the chimney. We verbally agreed on the price of $3,000 for the add on. He was also going to replace a bathtub for me and add faucet. This would increase our total to $15,000.
I later decided to add demo and replace the tile in both bathrooms upstairs. He also would replace all bathroom and kitchen fixtures. He quoted me $3250 for the job. This would increase my total cost to $18,250.
I had one last additional for Alan. He never complained about the add ons and still promised the 7/22 completion date. I asked him to demo and retile the guest bathroom also known as kids bathroom. The quote was $2500. This would bring my total to $20,750.
During the entire remodel, Alan refused to provide receipts for any materials. He also refused to provide an itemized invoice showing the entire scope of the project. When he was confronted about lack of work and proof of hours/receipts he packed his tools 7/20/2022 and refused to come back 7/21/2022 without us paying him $1,750. I don’t have a detailed contract but do have text messages detailing the job specifics of which he did not complete work. I also have amount paid to him and his confirmation of payments. I have video and pictures of my house with time stamp of 7/21 to show how trashed my house was when he was fired 7/21.
Now besides not meeting his completion deadline, attempting to extort more money from me, and changing the scope of work, this [censored] completely trashed my house. He ruined my carpet. It was full of concrete. I spent $2,200 replacing it. He also put a lot of holes in my walls. He also caused water damage under my sink.
Want to hear more? This guy has used phone business names like APA Elite Remodeling, APA Elite Flooring, A&L Innovations, APA Flooring. He has cheated 8 customers that I have found and taken more than $90,000. This guy is a human parasite. Stay away from him. I will not be showing anything documents or pictures because of my criminal investigation and civil case. I can’t let this worm know what I have up my sleeve.

Fake Contractor who has taken over $70,000 from family, friends, and customers.
Also, he cheated another customer by the name of Amanda C on Thumbtack. I am attempting to contact her to help find Alan. He has scammed over many people for over $70,000. He basically will demo the house, take money, and never finish the job. If he has scammed you, his number is 469-755-2497 or 469-810-7235. He will provide several fake addresses but his real address is 1358 Peach Tree Bend in Grand Prairie, TX 75050. If you need to find or serve him. He also goes by the names Alan Aguilera Jr and Alen Agilera. He is not a junior. His dad is Domingo. Also, when I attempted to server him an elderly woman, possibly his mother lied and said she sold her the house. The guy does not own any property and we are told he doesn't even have a driver license. That is so sad his mom would have to lie to cover his tracks and prevent him from being served.
Total money lost $5,500
