I received a bill from Akron Billing Center concerning a fee they said I owe for a Hospital Emergency visit. I contacted my insurance

company who told me they haven't even completed processing my bill yet. I was told NOT to pay the bill. I also contacted the hospital billing department who also told me Do Not pay the bill because it did not come from them. The bill looks official but Beware and always check things out before you pay!

This business offers a phone number and contact hours of 8AM-8PM during weekdays. They sent me a final notice of a bill I had never received. They are charging me for services not rendered. When attempting to contact them via the number they have listed, every time you are sent to voicemail with the only option of paying the bill in full. You are unable to speak with anyone that works for this company. This is a scam, and needs to be stopped immediately.
