This individual is claiming to sell French Bulldog puppies for $600. All sorts of different colors, if you know anything about Frenchies, you know they are very expensive and sell fast, especially ones at that kind of price. The one I was interested in was the Merle one which is typically the most expensive color to purchase. The first day I was on the website I had noticed it said ENGLISH bulldog breeders, the next day it had been changed to FRENCH bulldog breeders. I thought maybe they bred both. I put my contact information in and received an email from them with a questionnaire. I thought it seemed legitimate and they included many more pictures when they reached out to me. In the second email they sent they wanted to get right to the payment information, I had not even decided on a dog. They said they used Zelle pay which I have never heard of. I asked them three times for pictures of the parents before I received any. I asked them twice for pictures of all the puppies together in the liter and never got any. I asked them to text me and schedule a phone call and I was ignored. They told me to tell them the EXACT puppy I wanted so they could send a short video. I also asked if they had an official name, and no response. I told them I would feel a little more comfortable getting to know them before I purchased a dog and asked their name and if they were a registered breeder with the AKC. He emailed back and said:

"Hello, we are reliable and very reputable breeders, I am a man of my word and my word is my bond and I can't take your money and don't ship your new family members. If we really wanted money for these dogs, we would've posted ads for them asking the regular $1500 to $2500 each and we are positive that people would contact us willing to pay such amounts. But the tendency is that, those who would offer to pay such amounts are certainly very rich people and they would spend more time making their money than giving the love and care that these little cuties need. Honestly, if we didn't think we were among the best at what we do, we wouldn't still be doing this. We also receive a consistent stream of praise from buyers who bought puppies from us. Also, as long as our customers are happy, we know we must be doing something right. Just let me know if you are still interested so that we can keep the ball rolling".

He still had not answered any of my questions about who he was or their organizations name!

That rubbed me the wrong way so I emailed back saying:

"Your website tells nothing about your name, who you are, no pictures of anyone, no official name except akc frenchie breeder. I’ve asked for your name and if we could schedule a phone call, and those questions were not answered. Just trying to make sure this is legit before I spend that kind of money, because as I previously said there are tons of scams out there. You told me where you are located when i asked but your website doesn’t say. It says your puppies are AKC registered. Is there a way I can find this information online?Also Are these frenchies 9 weeks old? How are they already potty trained? I am unable to find these puppies on the AKC website.

Could you tell me the liter number of the puppies, date of birth of the puppies and the mother and fathers registration # please."

After sending that email I never received a response from them and it has been 4 days. So it became clear to me it was officially a scam.
