My parents put their timeshare up for sale legitimately and received a call saying they had a buyer. They posed as a broker and had very legitimate documents and process with closing.... call recordings, an actual person posing as a buyer, legal representation, etc. when they finalized closing AJ Realty LLC said they things would be processed and we would receive our checks on May 3, 2021, but there have been “delay after delay” and eventually they asked us for another $200 because they sent the check to an inaccurate location... on their mistake they wanted them to pay for it. I told them we would drive to wherever the checks shipped to and asked for a tracking number. They said they would resend it if we paid $200... I used the tracking number and checked m the UPS website which says it was cancelled. When we called them out they stopped the shipment they stopped responding to all messages and calls. Their “portion” of closing was $3600 closing costs.... my last message sent to them said they had until 12:00 Est time today or I was reporting to ScamPulse.com and they did not respond.
