I ordered a toy gun for a Halloween costume I paid for it when I submitted the order money has been debited from My account I got an email with tracking info when I tried to track my order it said suspected fraud so I called the number listed in their website spoke to a rep first she said the payment is pending I told that's not possible money has already been taken out she said let me check again then says the item is not available was going to cancel the order and issue a refund and send me a email for confirmation never got the email of confirmation and I checked my account money was never refunded I read their reviews and it seems like they are frauding a lot of people and they claim to approved by the BBB.
