Regardless of the outcome, our goal was to facilitate the successful retrieval of your lost item.
Considering a fair resolution for the time invested in conducting the investigation (see attachment), we would like to offer a partial refund of $43considering a service fee of $26. I know this is not legit considering the typo in it. I have looked it up on the internet and many other people have experienced the same thing where they expect to get their full refund, but then it is flipped back on them at the last moment.
