There was no mention in the advertised $710 price of any of these restrictions. And, of course, they made it seem as if I should have known these things. I have never encountered any airline or booking website with such an exorbitant cancelation fee.
I was on the phone for at least an hour today being run-around by the agents. I was called at least 20 times by their customer service, multiple times within seconds of each attempt. This was after I stated to them that I was suspicious and wanted to get my bank and lawyers involved.
I reported them for fraud with my bank and am waiting for their investigation.

The number I accidentally dialed was 1-800-528-3663 (one off from JAL's number of 1-800-525-3663)
Charging me for reserving seats on an international flight (JAL) and asking me for confirmation codes, frequent flyer numbers, DOBs, credit card info, emails, address, etc....
I fell for it but had a weird feeling about it and then did some research afterwards and cancelled my payment through credit card company due to suspected fraud.
