I bought a ticket from Vancouver to LA and $377.17 was deducted from my account but I did not receive the e-ticket in my email. I called them right away and the scammer said they would send it to me by email 72 hours before my departure date of March 23rd. I thought it was strange so I searched the name Best Fair Ticket online and saw many reviews saying it was a scam. It was a scam. But today is February 15th and they called me and they spoke in broken and inaccurate English that I couldn't understand and they told me to send them the details and e-ticket by email but in the end I didn't receive the ticket or email. They are scammers.

Do NOT use this website! They bait and switch you!!! I thought I was getting a great price! So I booked the tickets. Good flight, leaving at a reasonable time, nonstop to our destination. Then I received a phone call shortly after from someone at bestticketfare. He started going over the flight details, and then he informed me that the flight was "restricted", meaning that we could not take any baggage or carryons on the flight. At all. He said I wouldn't even be able to check a bag at the airport. How could I not take luggage? So I began to panick. I argued with him that it didn't say restricted or anything about no baggage anywhere when I booked the flight. He just kept repeating himself that it was a restricted flight, so no baggage. He said "all the flights are restricted", so any flight I booked I would have the same situation. My arguments that it does not say that anywhere at all continued to fall on deaf ears. I was also told I couldn't cancel, and that was the terms and conditions I agreed to when I purchased the tickets. He told me I could even call them, they'll tell me I can't cancel. So to rectify the luggage situation, he could get me upgraded for $155.00 more. I got really upset and argued some more. He eventually got his supervisor on the phone, who then acted like this is just the way it is.

This company is so dishonest!! Using this website to purchase tickets was a collosal mistake!!! I own that I made the mistake, but I can't scream it loud enough that using this website is the biggest mistake! I should have read the reviews before I booked. Painful, expensive lesson learned! I will NEVER use this website again to book anything ever again. What a mistake! I will always use a reputable company from now on. Do not use this website, use a reputable company!! Notice the names of the people who gave good reviews. By the way I sill do not have my ticket.
