We went to Mexico Jan 9, 2022 and on Jan 11, 2022, at 10:30 p.m. got call our daughter died. Had to fly home and arrange funeral, so tried to call Delta emergency number but got these people instead. They charged us $793.78 per ticket (when asked about Delta ER ticket price being $375, they said those tickets were all gone). Then they turned around and charged another credit card (they kept saying the credit card we gave them was not working, so we ended up giving them 3 before they said one worked), $398 in travel agency fee and another credit card $298.87 in travel agency fee, as well as when we got to the airport, Delta charged us again $396 for each of our tickets, so all of their money was wasted and they got rich on us in our moments of stress. We did go back to Mexico and stayed until Mar. 31. By the time I saw all our credit card charges, I emailed Delta and again couple months later. Finally heard back from them and they informed me this was a scam.
