I inquired a purchase of a puppy who was located near my home in Florida that I could pick up when I get home on leave from the military, the owner of the puppies requested that shipping was required due to complications. After the “shipping” was initiated the company calls me and informs me that the puppy is being held due to requiring funds for a special crate for the puppy. Upon hearing this I suggested coming to the location of the holding so I could take control of the dog myself, which they declined and strongly pushed for my purchasing this crate so they could ship the puppy. I declined the crate and they threw in animal neglect related issues towards me to which I ignored and proceeded to get in touch with the original owner about refunding. I still haven’t heard from the owner after 3 hours.
