I purchased the motorized dolly from this company which was a $4000 I received machine damaged and scratch without any packing or box also I ordered brake controller. I do have a picture of a while. They deliver machine. There is their delivery guy on it.They didn’t even put it on. So returned it and I told him I don’t trust you to send me a right one so I want my money back and they charge me $1000 for their lost. They said it’s a company policy. I ask them what kind of company policy is you send me the , broken, damaged the machine and so I returned ,you charge me for it. Please help me out. This company is such a crook and scam artist. That’s how they charge it to the consumer.
