This is what happened when you called United Airline to checked a reservation.
I called to check my flight for United and Brussel Air Line. I was transfer to an Agency called Air Travel Pad. The cancel my original ticket and send me this refund $10839.80 and charge $8,156.80. I have been fighting for my 10839.80 refund and these folks hang up.

This is fraud.

United Airline has nothing in their system with

I already have a Lawyer dealing with United Airline on this Issue.
They buys bulk ticket and Untied will seize their fund of already purchase tickets.

I used Google voice search for Jet Blue's live customer service hotline and was connected to an agent who identified as a representative of Jet Blue. I requested a seat assignment for my disabled child and his father on a flight I booked for them. I was informed the reservation was not confirmed. The tickets I purchased a month ago were on stand-by. I questioned this based on confirmation emails I received from Expedia. I was told this agent was able to manage the reservation through Expedia as a designated Jet Blue agent. He claimed he was able to cancel my original tickets and reissue new confirmed seats for $4,000. He would issue a credit for $4,000 for the original tickets and I would be guaranteed seats on the flight. My disabled son needed to return home for his medication so I agreed, but after consenting, I became suspicious, cancelled my credit card, called back the company and requested a full refund and immediately went to the airport and spoke with a Jet Blue agent who confirmed the original tickets were not stand by but fully confirmed tickets but had just been cancelled. I paid $1,400 to repurchase the tickets. There is fraud investigation underway with my credit card company, and I have alerted Jet Blue and Expedia. I was informed by Expedia that by sharing my confirmation number anyone can access and cancel flight reservations. The goal of this scam was to resell me my original tickets without my knowledge. I received two emails from the sham company which are being investigated by Jet Blue. Expedia was not willing to accept any responsibility, they advised me to pursue through Jet Blue even though the package was purchased by Expedia. My belief is the the agent was of Indian origin based on his accent.

I have yet to receive a refund or anything ... This is what happens when you call southwest airlines to change a reservation?

a well known Airline used "[email protected]" to book a compensation flight using a different Airline after my initial flight was cancelled. I then cancelled the flights via Turkish Airlines directly and the "refunded money was routed through Airtravelpad.com's method of payment and not mine. the phone number the company advertises does not work, nor does their support email address. after conversing with United Airlines, Turkish airlines and my bank, neither company could get in contact with the websites owner or operators. Scam website.

Company posing as an airline company, makes the booking request, takes the information and repeats process over and over again. Official airline said they kept doing this. My credit card company said they used two different names; Tripps and Clear Flight LLC. The lady, Carol, said she was with AirPadTravel. There was also a trip booked to India and Canada that was placed without my knowledge. This company is a fraud and should be investigated.
