After purchasing a puppy from a breeder, money was paid, and she had to be shipped. We paid $700.00 for the puppy and $150.00 for shipping to the breeder. They (breeder) said the shipping agent would get in touch with us which they did and we were informed we had to buy Refundable Insurance) for the shipment. The cost was $1490.00. We told them we did not have the money and we tried to get the breeder to resolve this. Standard bassethound (breeder) said they were unaware of this and would help us. Now they won't do anything or give us our money back. Glad we did not give them the $1490. So we are out $850.00
