We paid for a puppy from a breeder. Right before the puppy was supposed to on the flight to come to us we get an email from this company saying we have to pay $1490 to have a full refundable specialized dog crate . We had been having delays getting our puppy so we’re now concerned that it was a scam. We called the number on the email, he answered with just hello and not the company’s name. Very slow and slurred speech. When we mentioned about the dog he told us the price, we said the breeder should be paying as we paid our full signed contract. When we said something does not seem right he hung up the phone and then would not answer.
