placed order on line for air jordans 1 high og chicago 555088-101 on dec 3rd. Kept checking for tracking #, order details just kept showing

processing, decided to call the phone number on the contact info and recieved recording # no longer available. Big indicator this is a scam.

Tried email address and took me to outlook email search no additional info. Several emails regarding air jordan outlet wanting to know if legit business, apparently it is not. Looks like my grandson is out a Christmas present

Please beware that this site https://www.airjordanoutlet.com/ is fraudulent. I ordered a pair of sneakers for my grandson's 11 birthday. I paid $149.00. This company will take your money and you will not received the product - Air Jordan sneakers and no way to contact them. The Nike symbol seems to be use to make you feel comfortable, because Nike is a great company. Nike also needs to find out how they are able to get away with using their symbol. There is no response to emails for requesting status 11 days after purchasing. The phone number below does not work - "The number you have reached is not in service." The word "adress" is incorrectly mailed. My card was debited to a company in the Arab Emirates so there was also an international charge. Their supposed contact information is below. The number does not exist and I read other complaints and they are similar experience. Please read the other complaints on BBB. I was not the only one fooled. Thank you for the opportunity to share and warn others. It is very much appreciated.

I was looking for a deal on air jordans for my daughters birthday. I ran across this website & got excited bc it said 50% off TODAY ONLY!! So I immediately placed my order bc I wanted to make sure to catch the deal. I ordered July 29 2021 & still no shoes. I did get a receipt where I paid so I thought it was legit. But as time passed I thought surely I would get another email with a tracking #. But never did. I found their contact info on website so I called the number & it was a recording of what sounded like a grocery store. I sent an email & someone by the name Li Yee responded the next day & said " your package is on a plane now to the destination. Please be patient ". Still no shoes or tracking. That’s when I decided to check the ScamPulse.com website & found where others have been scammed as well. I hope someone can help with this & shut their website down immediately! It was very heartbreaking to know how low some people can be & steal from hard working families like us that live paycheck to paycheck.

My daughter asked me to purchase her a pair of Air Jordan’s that were purple to return to school. Michael Jordan has always been her hero. I didn’t even know they were popular again. I have been searching everywhere. I found this site seeing it said North Carolina and was an outlet that is where Michael Jordan lives I thought well it should be legit. When it showed up on my pay pal receipt in these foreign letters I knew it was fraud. I waited a week before contacting the site and the person on the paypal receipt for a shipping proof or refund. They tried saying I never ordered. I sent proof that. I did order. I won’t be able to show proof since it ask not to show personal information. I filed a dispute with paypal now to get a refund through them. I am highly disappointed and wish my daughter could get her Jordan’s.

I was trying to find Air Jordan’s for my son. I found Air Jordan Outlet. I assumed it was a legit site. After I purchased through PayPal, I immediately knew something was wrong. I received an email with Chinese writing. I then called the store in NC, where he said his business was and it was a grocery store. I then went to PayPal and tried to file a claim. At the moment they denied it, but we will see what happens. If they give all this false info, I have a feeling I will receive fake shoes or no shoes. Now I get an email saying the website has changed. I am going to attach it.

Here is latest email from them (And my payment did t fail. PayPal paid it).
