I order a green faux expandable fence. It never came, and their customer support took weeks to get back to me. When they finally did, they refused to issue me a refund. They kept saying the same thing over and over again, “your product says delivered, check the post office”. There was never proof the product arrived, and I have a ring doorbell as evidence. This is a terrible “company” and a total scam. Biggest mistake was ordering in the first place.

I ordered a privacy fence back in July which took 2 months to receive, when I received the item it was damaged and came from China not California as it states on their website. I have been emailing with (Tian Xinheng - [email protected]) since Sept when I received the damaged item and have exchanged 18 emails with them. Their last email they said I would have to email the item back to China and pay shipping. Their website clearly says that the item ships from California and buyers are not responsible for shipping cost of the item needs to be returned. I have even tried to leave a negative review and they won't post my review in their site. BUYER Beware!

I purchased some decorative fences and got an art project created by a child in return. Out $78.00. This company is a total scam. The top three pictures are what I received. The bottom picture was what was advertised.

We ordered Holiday promotion 50% OFF Expandable Faux Privacy Fence back in July and paid $167.58. Our order has been sitting in Jingzhou, Hubei, China - which is not far from Wuhan. We followed up about it several times with no response, and have since asked for a refund several times. No response. I filed a complaint about them with ECONSUMER.GOV. Don't order from this company!

I too had never received my privacy fences that were ordered in July. Same sitution with a "tracking number" from China. I've disputed it through PayPal, still no response.

Be sure to "escalate" it with PayPal to possibly get your money back. You don't want this product. I filed a dispute on 9/9 and receive some very flimsy material in the mail on 9/28. Not as described. When I tried to dispute it with PayPal, they said my 20 days to escalate the dispute had expired and the claim was closed on 9/29. Once closed, it cannot be reopened.

I ordered a faux privacy fence. They have a decent website and say this comes from California, but I got a tracking number from China but the packaged never moved from there in 5 weeks. I’ve emailed them 5 times with no response. Total scam!

I ordered some products over 1 month ago and have contacted the company via email about 5 or 6 times requesting order status, shipment tracking information (email: [email protected]). I have received tracking information from a Chinese website but the company has failed to reply on any of my emails, they simply are non-communicative at all. My shipment is allegedly stuck somewhere in China per the tracking website - it did not show any shipping movement for about 15 days.
