I ordered a Star War Ultimate Millenium Falcon for my eldest son, who's expecting his first child, as a 1st Father's Day gift because he grew up loving Star Wars as much as I did when it first came out in the late 1970's. I contacted Paypal and opened a claim with them, when the item never came and the seller did not respond to my outreach. Here was their resolution

Ignoring my statement, that items like this are always left in a secure locker by my mail person so there is no way the item could have been delivered.

Paypal is aware that their are rotten eggs out there who have stolen legitimate tracking numbers which they then provide to Paypal as proof of delivery evidence. They claim to have notified various shipping carriers of the issue and believe it's resolved. Obviously not since I was scammed out of my money with this scheme.
