I purchased a set. Did not work well. Aidion agreed to refund. I returned and receipt was acknowledged. However I never received my money. First They said they trended but could not accomplish refund. Asked to send money by PayPal. i gave them info but that did not work either. They then said they would send check. They did and I deposited it but it bounced. They tole me they would send again when they have funds! Time has passed and nothing. They are not an honest financially stable company. Based on experience I don't believe anything they say. Sheer incompetence or a deliberate scam. Who knows?

Do not fall for the scam offered by Aidion, a hearing aid company supposedly based in New Jersey, with a repair center in Chino, Ca. I've had 3 pairs of hearing aids each of which broke down in a matter of days. Though I paid for a 3 year warranty, the last time I returned one, they started playing the game that I had received the replacement with no further email contact.
