A man claiming to be "Shawn ******" but his voicemail says "Charles" is pretending to be a landlord and putting his place up for rent on ahrn.com for military member. He sends fake Approval letters and charges application fee's and a deposit for the place. Does not refund money. Just steals from military families.

Saw a listing on the military rental housing site AHRN.com. The listing was very attractive for the area in Hawaii. After several email exchanges was asked to place a viewing deposit complete with prior viewing lease signed by "owner" and "manager". After funds were deposited, all contact ceased.
