A fake instagram account with my cousin's picture and name messaged me through facebook messenger to refer me to this covid CFE fund run by this same guy. I'm sure that isn't his real name, but they have used several facebook accounts with that same name- apparently since at least January.

Received what I thought was a message from my cousin on Facebook Messenger. She was urging me to apply for this grant because she had received a lot of money. The first time I responded to her saying that I believed other people were more eligible/deserving to receive this funding. Two weeks later she tried again and I clicked on the link and became increasingly suspicious of my "cousin" for pushing this so hard.
