This company fires and continues to harass employees when they contact their supervisors! I had the police called on me multiple times when I was in contact with my supervisor, but she falsely accused me of contacting my old clients. This company does not understand mental health, and I feel they don't care about their employees or the families they work with, to be honest. It's all about the money and biing with them. I wish I never worked for them- I had to run and take things into my own hands to keep my reputation from being tarnished!

Aging with Flair is a company with an extremely high turnover rate posing as an early interventionist company in order to bill Medicaid. The company engages in unethical behavior such as hipaa violations, unpaid wages, and fraudulent documentation. Management also harasses employees and threatens resigning employees after their resignation dates. The company lies about compensation, flexibility and training.
