The website AgentHomeValues.com is owned by WhoIsGuardProtected.com. The scam is as follows: when you visit AgentHomeValues.com in attempt to get value of a property, you are asked to enter your name, email, phone number and the address of the property in which you are seeking the value. Once you have entered this information, the estimated value displays and then the nightmare begins. I have since received unwanted calls, texts and emails from real estate sales agents after entering my information. After researching who the owner of this domain is, I contacted said owner, WhoIsGuardProtected.com/WhoIsGuard, Inc and the phone number was disconnected. It also states the business is located in Panama, Panama. When you visit the website, WhoIsGuardProtected.com, it is offering a free year of subscription and charging consumers a $2.88 annual fee promising to block or protect their phone, email and other contact information, so essentially WhoIsGuardProtected is selling consumer information from their website AgentHomeValues.com to real estate sales agents, then they are charging consumer $2.88 for their service to stop the harassment. These two companies must be stopped from scamming innocent consumers by stealing their information, selling it to real estate agents and then selling a service to consumers to to stop the harassment - this is unethical and unacceptable.
