He has gotten my friend to send thousands of dollars in gift cards . No she's loosing everything even the roof over her head. He has got to be stopped

He is saying he is distributing Government Grants to anyone eligible. He is posing as an health and senior services agent. He says he can get u the money in a few days. He takes whatever u can give him and then he steals your accounts and shuts the down. I had my Facebook band $200 in apple pay taken from me. Facebook will not help me recover my account. I wouldn't care, however all my accounts are connected to it. I am going to lose everything because once connected to Facebook they can't get unconnected. I was running a go fund me for my uncle and should've known better but was desperate for help. I just want to warn others.
