AgencyX Response Reports & Reviews (1)

They had an employment ad on Indeed.com for a Customer Service Rep-Entry Level from AgencyX Response (very similar ads from SGV Agency & Total Agency). AgencyX is called a software company On Indeed, but I can't find it listed anywhere and I wonder if it exists? The job is talking to company clients on the phone in either inbound or outbound calls, and using email to contact clients. Pay ranges: AgencyX Response $43,000-$57,000/year. SGV Agency $34,000-$63,000/year. Total Agency $43,967-$63,967/year. When you apply you are giving them your email, first & last name, telephone number, resume, and cover letter. They send you an official looking email directing you to click the link to my.virtualhiresgroup.com/schedule to schedule your “company manage overview” to inform you about the company, the job position, and other details like bonuses and incentives. Once you click on the link, you are sent to a Webinarjam site that says ”Hiring Process: Step 1 LIVE: Company Overview Webinar

Please click "REGISTER" below to select your date and time for the Company Overview webinar.” There is a list of times for the next day to sign up and register for the webinar. Once you click “Register”, the words “Mike Russin - Company Overview” appears with a picture of him and boxes to select your time, date, country, and reenter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. I did not fill this page out, or go any further since so many red flags were going off in my head. The following day the AgencyX Response ad, the SGV Agency ad, and the Total Agency ad were gone from Indeed. “Page Not Found”. You could only bring up the Total Agency tag about it being a “technology company”. The only results on Google for these “companies” referred to the previous ads on Indeed, which now results in a “page not found” on Indeed. The AgencyX Response email address I received was suspicious, [email protected], and not a company domain. All of these “companies” did not have a street address listed other than Milwaukee with a zip code, and each listed a different zip code. AgencyX was associated with the 53207 zip code and the others with the 53212 zip code. I believe their intent was to gather personal information and use it in a malicious way, probably for fraud. The site and link to Webinarjam is still active, which means they are still routing people to the site as of 7-13-2021.
