I searched for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and one of the first results that popped up on Google was for A&G Software Store claiming to sell a lifetime license for $19.99. I paid for the product and A&G immediately e-mailed me download instructions with a serial key. I downloaded the official Adobe software and entered the key, but got an error that said the key had already been used. I contacted A&G requesting a refund and received no response. I left a negative review and he finally responded. First he told me it wasn't his fault because some of the keys got hacked. I asked if I could have a new key or my money back, and he told me I wasn't a nice person for trying to screw his company over when he's just trying to help people. He then flip-flopped on the hacker story and told me it was my fault for not entering the key right. He's currently still refusing to issue me a refund. Clearly this website is a scam because lifetime licenses for Adobe products don't even exist anymore (which unfortunately I learned after buying from this scam) and this website is selling old keys and then only replying to complaints when you complain publicly, and refusing to issue refunds.
