I visited this website through a Facebook advertisement at the beginning of April. I ordered three 2-1 wigs and the price was a total of 87.77. The next day, I received all email stated that my package was on the way. The beginning of May I still have not received my package or being giving any updates on the whereabouts since the tracking number was nonexistent in the database. I messaged the company on Facebook as this was a means of communication. They stated that the package was on its way with again the same tracking number which was nonexistent. I then emailed using [email protected] that was given at the bottom of the emailed receipt. They said the same thing, I told them I wanted my money back because it has been over a month and I still had no deliveries or updates.

They said they would give me 5 dollars back. I continued to email and as of June 7th I have not received anything. I emailed the same email address and now the email address does not exist. They say it’s coming from China and they make you pay 20 extra for faster shipping but it takes longer. Also the customer service person is only one person.
