I was calling around to purchase a private healthcare plan and this company sold me a “PPO” that turned out to be medical discount cards. They mislead me as this is NOT insurance. They assured me it would cover everything needed for me and my child as well as told me I could be refunded and this was a month to month plan. My doctors assured me they did not take this as it is not insurance, this is when I contacted the company. They let me know they would refund me and I thought all was well as they placed the money back on my card, however the transaction never cleared. I contacted my card holder to which they informed me they never actually finalized the credit. My card holder representative suggested a three way call to which the merchant claimed they did process it - and claimed I used a different card number. This makes no sense as you see , I do not possess a card ending in what they are claiming and they used the correct card number to issue the “fake credit” - this is when me and the card holder rep knew something was very very wrong. The man who spoke with us refused to let me speak with anyone else .. he introduced himself as Mike and told me I was the scam artist and a liar. He used profanity. I was set up for this by a woman who called herself Kim. I had to dispute this payment with my card holder as the company would not follow through with what they promised. I have all records to prove the transaction. I was urged by my card holder to report this company to save future customers from being scammed as this is a large amount of money. They avoided my calls and messages, I can only get through to them when selecting that I want to sign up for service - they answer right away for that prompt. I believe this to be fraud and scam.
