I ordered a spa cover from Affordable Spa Covers website. I gave dimensions and type of material to use as was asked. I have emailed them many times always to get an excuse - usually waiting on foam !!!!! I ordered the cover in the Spring of 2021 !!! It’s now been 2 years - I’ve got nothing !!!!

Beware that this company claims "free shipping" in big, bold letters on their website home page, and in fact, my invoice shows no charge for shipping. But after waiting nearly 5 months for production, now they want $100 to ship the cover. To quote from their email to me:

"Even if you do a terminal pick up. The shipping charge is the same for an additional $100.00. It will only be free if you pick it up from our location (Clearwater, FL)." So be sure you read all the fine print with this company. There is NO free shipping no matter where you live. And Ii you decide to cancel your order, there is a $150 penalty! I'm stuck with paying an additional $100 or $150, take my pick. And that's befor I even see any product.
