I contacted about a pug puppy by the name Alman on the website. The individual never gave me their name but was texting. I was informed the puppy would be shipped to my home, have first set of shots, have complete papers, dewormed, potty trained and chipped all for a total of $540. I then received an email for a contract to sign and send back. The next thing was to make the payment. First it was to be through Zelle but it wouldn’t go through so it was then Cashapp. I was asked to transfer it into Bitcoins to make sure payment goes through so I did. Then I was told to try and send payment but I had already got it into bitcoins. Then I was to send to the company Google account. Once that was complete I would receive tracking and shipping information next morning since it was evening time. Next morning I was informed by seller that the pet cage wasn’t allowed due to it not being an air conditioned cage. I would need to rent one but the deposit with airline was refundable. I received an email from DeltaLink Logistics about the cage. I didn’t have money to rent cage so seller offered to pay half of cage rental. I explained I still couldn’t afford half and apologized for inconvenience but would just like a refund. After some debate back and forth over who should pay the cage rental the seller agreed to a refund. Said that they will refund from their company Google account. I will receive a code in the mail within 5-6 days and when I do to contact and then they can verify that I got the code and the refund will finish processing to me. My boyfriend became suspicious and inquired about the same dog and asked why the same picture was on another site and said he was reporting them where it was admitted that the individual didn’t care because the site only cost $10 to put up and the money will pay for lots of sites. I have the texts and emails.
