I started a process with Clínica Affordable Denture and Implants and got to the point that I needed 9 implants. Ben Mehta, who is not worthy of being call as a Doctor for his poor conduct and lack of ethics, told me it would take 4 to 6 months with an advance payment of R $ ********* and I did. I signed the documents and the process was started. It did not last 4 or 6 months, it took more than 9 months and the product was delivered unfinished, with manufacturing defects and unacceptable aesthetics. My adjustment request was denied. The individual who has the name of Ben Mehta, He says that he is a Graduated Dentist denied my complaints requesting adjustments and the complaint was evaluated by an individual with a strictly discriminatory degree claiming that I do not have any Colage Degree in the area to plead for the adjustments and they will not be made. Ben Mehta, owner of the establishment, handed me the product stating that I could look for another clinic for the adjustments, as he would not proceed with the adjustments or redo even if I made another payment. Finally, he asked me where I obtained my dental degree in an arrogant, discriminatory way and without regard for my feelings and my self esteem that He was destroying at that time. I replied: My Graduation was acquired by my Natural sense and very accurate to be able to analyze and conclude that the product is badly finished and does not fit well in the way that was promised and is hurting my gums and my mouth. I cannot eat solids, only liquids, and my self-esteem and confidentiality are affected by the unacceptable result of the poorly finished product and the racist and discriminatory behavior of the individual Ben ****** "THE SCAMER" who after this event does not answer any more phone calls and the franchise corporations are not taking any action.
