Found puppy on web site Affordable

Belgian Malinois. Through email contacted breeder Linda McGuire and Arthur Puttnam. After several emails it was arranged to send via western union $800 which was price of puppy and shipping cost from Georgia to Ohio. This was reasonable to us as we had purchased a puppy before this way. We received shipping information and flight arrival time, but the next morning we got a call from Super Global Express(which I see is also a scam) wanting $1490 for flight insurance which would be refunded on delivery of the puppy. The alarms went off, we never heard of this before. The research started, calls to AKC to see if breeder was registered as advertised, calls to Lawrenceville police, call to Purdue where McGuire was to have graduated from Veterinary medicine school. No one had heard of her. We called SGE they said puppy was on hold till the money was paid for insurance. So now after repeated emails as we have no phone number there is no reply. Our local police have filed a report and we will follow up with FBI also. We will do our part to stop both groups or whatever they are!
