Received a call from a company named Global Services Online Technical Support (aka Affixhub) to inform me they are authorized to withdraw $6800 from my checking account to renew a computer software license agreement dating back to August 2016. The only way to avoid the charge is to grant access into my computer to remove their software. They said they cannot provide any documentation evidence of a contract until after they access and remove the software. They alleged that a contract I purchased in Aug 2016 includes the auto-renewal and authorized charge. They claimed to be an authorized supplier of Symantec Norton antivirus. My records show that I originally paid $499 for the software and a multi-year security IT support agreement. They did access my computer to install their software. I never received any contract documents. I recall contacting them a day or two later to cancel, and they eventually agreed to reduce the term to one year and refunded me $400. I never agreed to allow any automatic contract renewal at any future date. They now demand payment before uninstalling their software, then they will refund the $6800. I demanded written evidence of a contract, which they refused to provide.

My computer was acting really weird and a pop up kept coming up on my chrome browser saying that a virus was infecting my computer and that I needed to call a number to have it resolved. I called the number and they asked to have remote access to my computer to see the problem. I allowed this. They said that my antivirus protection was not working and that my computer was affected. They offered me systemic endpoint protection and told me they were an official affiliate of systematic. The software they downloaded looked exactly the same and whenever I had a problem I would call the support line they provided and they would take remote access of the computer and fix the problem. This went on for a year. I paid $129 for the "antivirus protection". When I was traveling abroad I could not find there support number so I went to systemic's webpage and I found out that they are not an affiliate and when I tried to find there website I realized they did not have one. Then I looked up the address they provided for the company on my receipt for the product and the address is vacant. I immediately uninstalled the program and restored my computer.

Send alert message stating that your computer has an infection virus.

That they can repair , need to take control of your computer to fix problem, need a credit card number.
