They call telling you, that you owe a debt to them and they need to collect money. They dont provide you any information and are rude. When I hung up and called back, it automatically rings to another line as a forward and you get someone else just as rude whos willing to take your information but not give you any details.

they called stating i owed money for a water bill for $58.26 in 2012 at an address I sold to my son. They stated they sent me a bill to my current address in 2013 but can no longer send another physical bill to me and I need to pay this bill now. When I requested a physical bill and that there was no way I would ever pay anything over the phone. They became testy and hung up.
