This is not a complaint about the shipper as I did that on a first complaint. This is about the owner of https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox/FMfcgzGmvnvzkgCHBfjDFpgDqqnvhdnH The dachshund company I ordered my puppy from. I ordered and paid for a puppy and the guy used this scam company to send the puppy to my house needless to say I never received the puppy nor did I recieve the money back on the crate I paid $1000.00 for. Nor cn i get a reponse from either.

They wanted a deposit on a shipping crate and it was refundable. I never received the puppy and when I tried to get my money back on the crate I got no response from them. I was frustrated because they only took gift cards which I should have known better. They gave me all kinds of excuses why the puppy wasn't shipped and in the end they just quit reponding.

I purchase a puppy and the guy was to ship the puppy through this company and they said they needed a deposit on shipping crate so I paid them $1000.00 for a crate which was to be refunded once i received the puppy. They never shipped the puppy and I haven't seen my money back even though I reached out several times. At this point if they aren't going to ship the puppy I want my money back.
