I ordered a metal sign on Dec. 6, 2022. After hearing nothing for nearly two weeks, I emailed customer service and asked for an update. They advised that the order would be shipped "very soon" but could not be cancelled because it was a custom order. It was a pretty stock sign, no custom work done on it. The sign finally showed up on Dec. 30. The site had claimed it could be shipped before Christmas, now I have to ship it again. The customer service does not care- they take your money and then your at their mercy. If customer service had treated me better, I probably would have chocked this up to an international purchase. However, when contacted, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Avoid this company, they do not do business in an ethical way.

This is for sure a SCAM! Do not DO NOT buy from this company. I got a super iffy feeling after they sent me about 10 emails after my "confirmed" purchase. I started looking around and found that most people had not gotten their product after 6+ weeks.

I called their number on their site and I got a foreign (not american) woman who could not give me ANY information about my order, and told me that she would call me back in 24 hours.
