Seems to be pretty typical of the stuff they pull. All of their products are presented side-by-side with videos of products doing interesting things like digging with a backhoe or filling an RC dump truck with a front end loader. The reality is that the products are little more than cheaply made plastic toys that do no more than move backward and forward and right and left. In my opinion, this is classic bait and switch. The front end loader that I bought is defective as the bucket won't stay up and just flops on the ground. This prevents me from even using the forward and backward. Their first offer for remediation was a 10% discount. Their second and final offer was a 20% discount and I get to keep the defective product. Yay for that. I've pressed them repeatedly to give me instructions for returning the item at their expense and I'm told that I would have to return it at my expense which would be significantly more than the 20% discount. These are predatory people running a scam on customers with substandard and misrepresented product. My next step is to turn them over to PayPal and to the WA state attorney general. This involves a potential loss to me of $40. I actually bought the excavator prior to the loader. I ordered the loader before I received the excavator or I wouldn't have purchased the loader. I'm not pressing for an adjustment on the excavator because I had already given it away. If I hadn't, I would be going after them for that also.
