NAME came to an elderly person's home, our mother, who was widowed, three years ago, and is struggling with memory issues. He sold her an expensive top of the line vacuum after pressuring her till she finally bought. A week ago, we had a work day at her house, and tried to find the attachments that should've been on the wand of her new vacuum, and because she hadn't even used it for months, she couldn't remember where they were. After my sibling contacted Jason, on my mom's behalf, he wouldn't offer any solutions for resolving the missing pieces and tried to guilt us into accusing him of stealing those pieces when they asked where we could find them.

He also came to our mother's house a second time, and pressured her into buying two expensive air purifiers. The boxes are still sitting in her living room weeks later, unopened. She has now spent over $6,000 because of the influences of this manipulative salesman, who keeps coming to her house. He is preying on the elderly, and being irate when confronted by us, her children.
