This morning, I missed a call. I called back using the number which appeared on my caller ID. I spoke to a man who said he was w/AEP Customer Service. I told him that I was calling because my caller ID said I had missed a call from their number. He asked for my information and indicated there were no problems with my account nor were there any outages in my area. It seems someone spoofed AEP's phone number on my caller ID.
