Tuesday, May 19, 2020 I got a subscription for security and support for one year plus they cleaned my computer from all the viruses the whole amount was $299.99

Tried calling twice and no one picked up

Talk to Andrew who said I could cancel the scan in progress and that they would install some drivers and some other things for malware. He said the black screen with the word help in the middle is a malware in my computer should be OK now. I never had that black screen before Aegis! They told me it was going to take 15 minutes and after two hours I called them back - I think that during those 2 hrs they got into my financial documents as I had unauthorized banking transactions from 2 banks!

Caller told me my computer needed additional protection from I believe it was malware. Said they would check my computer and then said i needed this additional protection.
