I received a message from an unknown number who said to be a recruiter at Global Finance Services. He told me I was selected for an online interview via telegram with the hiring manager by the name of Peter R. Muri. I set up an account and the manager immediately messaged me right away about a job offer I had applied for (data entry clerk) and we proceed to do the interview. Things got a bit strange when I noticed how many grammatical errors he was making and the way he spoke was like this... Literally.
A part of me was saying this entire thing seems off but I couldn't put my finger around it because the company turned out to be real, but the two people who contacted me ended up being fakes. The icing on the cake about this was when they wanted me to spend $500 on an apple gift card BEFORE they would disburse me the expenses to purchase the required office supplies. As soon as I saw that message, I canceled the job offer and left.

I was sent an unsolicited email from Peter Muri who represented himself as someone from the HR Department. I checked and he was the legal counsel instead. When I called him on Skype he barely could understand any English-like no educated European -particularly a Juris doctor. I was also told to purchase $1000 of computer equipment from a "staples" vendor. "Peter Muri" was using a gmail address instead of a real address. They got my identify information when I sent them up the tax information to "Roy Ramsauer" --last name same as the board member.

I applied to an ad that I saw online for a job. I received an invitation for a Telegram or Google Hangout interview with Peter R Murri, which is a valid Board Member. They included real company information, but only provided a gmail account. I check the company website for the job posting and asked a local HR recruiter if this would be a normal process and they said no.
